5.0 out of 5 He asks good questions, listens to the answers and is able to modify standard procedures to adapt to my recovery process and needs. I can think of no area where there is room for improvement.
5.0 out of 5 Move the process along very efficiently.
5.0 out of 5 Tara made the experience exceptional. She is a big reason why I would recommend this therapist location.
5.0 out of 5 Nothing. Great job all around.
5.0 out of 5 Dr. Miskovsky was very gentle in exam and likewise in his delivery of treatment.
5.0 out of 5 The interaction and feedback regarding my progress was very positive. He spoke in terms that I could relate and understand. Every visit was consistent and Brad was always very professional. The office staff followed his lead and was very pleasant.
5.0 out of 5 The smiles you receive when they come to the front to bring you back into the PT area. They are engaging, they ask how you are feeling and have there been any changes since your last appointment. They asked if the treatment is helping, do you feel that you need to be more challenged. Orthopedic Associates Therapy Center always made sure that my treatment was comfortable. They wanted to know if I was experiencing pain or if I felt I was unable to perform the therapy recommendations for healing. They listened to what I said. If a specific exercise did not work, they looked at an alternate way to achieve success. They never pushed me to do more then I was capable at that moment. I enjoyed the facility. It is open, very clean, organized and lots of natural light. There is music to listen to while you are going through therapy. I have already recommended a friend to reach out to my Orthopedic surgeon with regard to issues he is having. I have no doubts that he will receive the same quality of service that I did.
5.0 out of 5 Answered all my questions with detailed information.
5.0 out of 5 I explained this earlier in this survey. I can not express it any better.
5.0 out of 5 He makes me feel that MY care is important to him. He listens to what I have to say and tries to address each issue. He uses humor to make me feel more relaxed or to "ease the pain" of what I'm doing. He tries something else if he doesn't think what I'm doing is helping. I can't think of any needed improvement at this time.
5.0 out of 5 Brad explained the exercises and spent ample time with me. He was very caring! Marsha Dodd
5.0 out of 5 My provider told me exactly what I would need to do to push myself to get back to normal life. Of course, I pushed harder and she would tell me to take a day off, but... When I had questions or concerns, she would answer and explain in detail to make sure I understood and give suggestions to fix or tell me to be patient. Ugh..she pushed my therapy at the point I needed and asked for without me knowing some days to get me where I needed to be!!

5.0 out of 5 Very knowledgeable
5.0 out of 5 His surgical skills are amazing. The cut on my knee for total knee replacement is half the size as the cut made on the other knee by a different surgeon for my first total knee replacement. Also, pre-surgery, Dr. Singhal gave me cortizone injections that actually worked for 5-6 months! Several previous orthopedics also gave me cortizone injections that only worked for one month. I can't think of any improvements. He is the best.

5.0 out of 5 Dr. Willenborg explained my options and the first steps to take was physical therapy. Provider gave me a clear follow up plan too. In other words, my provider genuinely cared for me and wanted to do those things that improved my condition.
5.0 out of 5 I appreciate the take-home paper with the recommended exercises. Since this was my last visit, Heather also recommended I continue the exercises at home, suggesting I do hip/back exercises one day and the next day do the knee exercieses. I love this taylored approach!

5.0 out of 5 Heather and her associates were always watching, always aware of my progress - or lack of progress - and made adjustments accordingly. They were always able to keep pushing me, yet not hurting me. I am grateful for their expertise; my recovery is my testament.
5.0 out of 5 Kind and understanding. Worked well with me on my schedule and physical limitations.
5.0 out of 5 Would always like to stop in to say "hi" and not for therapy.
5.0 out of 5 Heather Denton is so well qualified for her work. At every session of Rehab, Heather would ask if I had any questions. If so, she always had her well-qualified answers. If she had to leave me to help someone else, she always had one of the other nice PT's to take over helping me. So well organized....
5.0 out of 5 I already explained previously. Brad is super.
5.0 out of 5 Please see previous comments.
5.0 out of 5 Already previously answered.
5.0 out of 5 Paul always remembered what my issues were and who I am. Beyond being excellent at what he does he made me feel important.
5.0 out of 5 In my opinion patient support is an important facet of physical therapy. On some occasions the therapy may be painful or the patient may feel that they're not making progress and having a psychological support mechanism (cheer leader) in place can oftentimes yield value equal to the physical aspects.
5.0 out of 5 Oh, Man... I already did give specifics on a previous screen. Go look them up... Summary, PT Paul and his assistant Matt were amazing! Paul was incredible about patiently explaining WHY I was having the issues I was having. He was incredibly knowledgeable.
5.0 out of 5 While I appreciate that the Dr. met with my wife while I was in recovery, I was surprised that he didn't see me before I left the surgery center. In my post recovery visit the Dr. had a young man with him. I had to ask who he was and why he was in the room. I was told he was a high school student who was observing. I would have preferred if the Dr. came in and privately asked me before bringing this young man into the room.
5.0 out of 5 It took a year of visits before I saw the actual doctor. That seemed odd to me. You could explain that to the next person.
5.0 out of 5 very quick and professional
5.0 out of 5 All I know is my knee was hurting when I went in and and now it's not I thank the doctors the nurses and the therapist for doing a good job!
5.0 out of 5 Provider was organized and had all activities planned ahead of my visit.
5.0 out of 5 Listens & explains. noting that i can think of that needs improving
5.0 out of 5 In Feb. 2016, I had a right hip replacement. I used Orthopedic Associates Therapy department at that time. Brad was assigned to provide needed care. So, in Jan. 2017, when I had my left hip replaced, there was no question where I would do my out patient therapy. Again Brad was assigned to plan and provide my care. He is soft spoken, kind and clearly communicates what the therapy is to be and to accomplish. I like that the appointment time you are given, on arriving to the therapy center, you are quickly called back to begin your therapy. There were other staff members that assisted Brad and worked with me. Everyone was friendly and willing to help any way they could. If the need arises again for PT, I will certainly chose your therapy center.
5.0 out of 5 Brad has always been excellent. He is amiable, well educated and experienced as a PT. I had full confidence in his evaluations, comments and recommendations. He is very competent while not being arrogant or "superior" in his approach. He helps patients feel at ease and also I had great confidence that his interests were clearly my physical improvement. He is a profesional without wearing it on his sleeve.
5.0 out of 5 Heather has a great attitude, pushes where needed but understanding when not appropriate.
4.0 out of 5 She was pleasant and reassuring. Nothing should be changed as she was very helpful. Front desk was fine, pleasant and quick to call therapist to take me back

0.0 out of 5 The therapy provided was excellent and I am feeling many years younger.
0.0 out of 5 I didn't see my provider today. I just scheduled my first therapy session for this particular problem. However, I've seen him many times in the past for another issue. He is friendly and seems to have my best interest at heart.
0.0 out of 5 They were GREAT! How do you improve on perfection?
0.0 out of 5 Provider showed respect for me and my needs and views and was pleasant and cheerful and optomistic about my ability to improve.
0.0 out of 5 Cares about my progress and acts accordingly.
0.0 out of 5 So understanding and thorough with his explanations.
0.0 out of 5 Keep doing what you are doing.
0.0 out of 5 Explained importance of doing my exercises religiously everyday. Again I believe that if my PT had spoken with my doctor about knee immediately after my first visit and suggested that they move my first after surgery appointment to see him immediately I would have had better healing and recovery. I am 2 months after surgery & I am spending additional money & still having recovery issues. I feel that if my first after surgery appointment with my surgeon had occurred within 5 - 7 days instead of 14 days I would have had a better outcome.
0.0 out of 5 What is a Provider? Is it My insurance? If you want feed back in regards to the person that administerd my Physical Therapy you should make it clear
0.0 out of 5 I really like Dr Schrayer, as well as Pat & Tara in PT. However, insurance appears to be directing my care, rather than my doctor, and it doesn't make any difference how good the doc is, if reception screws up the appointment. I rearranged my work schedule to accommodate this extra visit. My time is valuable, too.
0.0 out of 5 My tablet wouldn't let me rate higher than 3 and everything should be a 5!!
0.0 out of 5 Very personable and caring
0.0 out of 5 All visit were done in a timely manner. Tara establishes a plan to follow prior to arrival - very efficient. Personal attention is given. Process is seamless. Also, very helpful with planned activity at home.
0.0 out of 5 Got me back to work!
0.0 out of 5 I did not have an appointment Not was scheduled for any
0.0 out of 5 my well...I felt he didn't spend ample time on me as I was a self pay. He spent over 40 minutes next door as I heard through the wall. I was given a letter upon the previous visit saying I had a complex tear of the the meniscus and problem with the patella. These were the findings of the MRI I paid cash for? Then I asked for a copy of the file and that letter was missing and also had to ask again for the letter allowing me to go back to work. That was it. When the girl walked me out she said make an appointment if you have to?? So, I still can't put weight on it while bent. Maybe it was an off day. I've spent a ton of money there for three foot surgeries and tons of appointments for future surgery on my right foot. Both my girls have been to your office for broken bones and hairline crack in the disc in the spine. I just felt like because of the self pay I was treated differently. Shame
0.0 out of 5 She is always consistent and I love that she give positive encouragment
0.0 out of 5 Addreases concerns with personal recommendations.
0.0 out of 5 I have no recommendation for improvement since I am fully satisfied.
0.0 out of 5 Assuming by provider you mean Shelby, she was amazing.
